- In a bowl marinade mutton with salt,adrak lasun paste,hara masala, haldi, red chilli powder,danya powder,jeera powder, garam masala powder, yoghurt and fried onion. Keep this aside for half and hr..
- Cook mutton without oil... till tender thn after mutton is done put basmati rice and for garnishing put coriander and capsicum or watever u like...
