- Peel and jullien carrots. String the beans and juillien.
- Pick,clean and wash rice.soak in tap water for about 30 min.
- Heat ghee and half of whole garam masala.soute till it crackeles.And slice onion and fry till golden brown colour.
- Add ginger,garlic,green chilli and fry for about one minute.Add chilli powder and turmeric powder add carrot,beans,couliflower,green peas,potato and fry another one minute.Add curd and water and boil.
- Check the vegetable and when carrot is cooked,take off from heat.
- In another Pan,cook the rise with half of whole garam masala salt.cook untill rise is cooked 80%.
- Put alternate layers of rice and vegetable in another lagan,spring mint,Coriander chop and brown onion each layer.first and last layer is always rice.
- Place the silver foil on top of lagan.
- Garnish with brown onion and Coriander spring and jullien ginger.
- Served Hot with Mint Chutney and Garlic raita
