- In mixing container add all mentioned flours. Add grated carrot, mashed potato, chopped coriander leaves,salt, green chilli ginger paste, tumeric powder, curd.
- Mix, add oil. Bind with little water to make smooth semi stiff paratha dough.
- Knead dough and divide into 7- 8 equal portions.make flattened balls. Roll each prepared flattened balls into round 4" diameter paratha.
- Roast on griddle on low - medium flame with ghee on both sides. Similarly prepare all saat dhan parathas.
