In a pressure cooker add oil,then add cinnamon,cumin seeds,fennel seeds,star anise,bay leaf cook till aroma comes then add onion and cook till it changes colour then add g.g paste,then add green chilli,tomato cook till it become soft then add yoghurt mix well now add salt,turmeric,red chilli powder,biryani masala and mix properly now lastly add coriander mint and mix well.
  2. Now add rice and mix slightly and add water 2 cup and close lid and cook till two whistles.
  3. Serve hot.
